Neal 'The Kneeling Knee-Kicker'

Neal's legend began on a Mardi Gras day, under the clear blue of a Louisiana sky. Neal, a New Orleans native and a lifelong lover of the city's traditions, was there amidst the crowds, eagerly awaiting the parade's floats and their coveted throws.

As a particularly elaborate float approached, adorned with sparkling lights and blaring lively music, Neal spotted something special: a set of beads, unlike any he had ever seen, glimmering in the sun.
